Conversation intelligence that does the work after the call.
Grw records every sales call and turns it into the work: CRM updates, follow-ups, proposals and coaching, minutes after you hang up. You get a pipeline built on what buyers said.

Signal in. Action out. Every call, the same way.
Conversation intelligence is AI software that records sales calls, transcribes them and analyzes what was said. Most tools stop there. Grw does the work after the call, under your approval at every step.
Listen and understand
Grw's AI transcribes and parses intent across every call, keeping the moments that move the deal.
Verify against strategy
It checks what the buyer said against your qualification criteria, so the record holds to your standard.
Execute stack-wide
It moves the deal in your CRM, drafts the follow-up and flags the risk, so the pipeline reflects what buyers said and leaders forecast from it.
How does conversation intelligence work in Grw?
Before the call: reps walk in knowing the deal.
Before the call, Grw sends the rep a brief: where the deal stands, what was left open last time and who is joining. No digging through the CRM or old notes. The call starts from the last conversation, with nothing lost in between.
During the call: the rep stays in the conversation.
Nobody is typing. The transcript runs live in Grw, and the rep can pull any point from it mid-call: what the buyer said about budget, who owns the decision, what is still open. Managers can follow any call as it happens.

Minutes after: the CRM is already current.
The transcript, summary and recording link are saved to the matching deal in HubSpot or Salesforce, with the objections and the misses, not just the wins. Each point links to the moment in the recording, so anyone reviewing the deal can check the source in one click.
After the call: scored, followed up, ready for the 1:1.
The call is scored against your methodology, with objections, risks and next steps pulled out. The follow-up email is drafted from what was said, in the rep's voice, ready for approval. The manager's dashboard shows the new score, so the next 1:1 starts from what the buyer said.
Across calls: the market, in your buyers' words.
One call tells you about one deal. All of them together tell you where pricing bites, which competitor keeps coming up and why deals are lost. Ask Grw across any set of calls and the answer comes back in the buyers' own words, timestamped, in the Grw app, Slack, Teams or email. Positioning, pricing and the pitch get decided on what buyers said.

Questions about conversation intelligence.
Conversation intelligence is one part of Grw, the AI sales system your team runs on. Still have a question? Talk to us.
What is conversation intelligence?
Conversation intelligence is AI software that records sales calls, transcribes them, and analyzes what was said, turning each conversation into call notes, scores, and insights. Most tools stop there. Recording the call is the easy part. The follow-through is the job. Grw takes on that work after every call.
How is conversation intelligence different from an AI notetaker?
An AI notetaker records the call and writes a summary. Conversation intelligence goes further: it scores the call, writes what was said into the CRM and drafts what comes next. In Grw the notetaker is one part of that, and the work after the call is the rest.
Does Grw need a bot to record calls?
No. Each rep chooses between the Grw notetaker, which joins the call as a participant, and the Grw desktop app, which records from the rep's computer with no bot in the meeting.
Which meeting platforms does Grw work with?
Grw records calls on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Slack huddles, plus in-person meetings. The desktop app, which handles Slack huddles and in-person meetings, runs on Apple silicon Macs with macOS 13 or later, and on Windows 10 and 11.
Does Grw update my CRM automatically?
Yes, for call notes. Grw automatically saves each call's summary and recording link to HubSpot or Salesforce, on the matching deal, contact or company. For changes to CRM fields, Grw drafts the updates and the rep approves them before they're saved. Admins choose where notes are saved and whether the full transcript is included.
Who can see recorded calls in Grw?
By default, a Grw recording is visible only to the rep who recorded it and their manager. Admins can widen access to specific people, teams or the whole company, and reps can mark a recording private. Share links stay inside your company unless someone confirms they want a public link.
How does Grw handle security and data?
Grw is SOC 2. Every CRM write is approved by a person, Grw never deletes CRM records, and every change is logged. Deleting a recording removes its video, clips, transcript and score from Grw.
How is Grw different from Gong or Fathom?
Grw is built around the work after the call. Grw drafts the follow-up in the rep's voice, queues CRM updates for approval, flags what could cost the deal and preps managers for 1:1s. You can ask one question across a whole set of calls and get exact quotes back in Slack, Microsoft Teams or email. Recording and transcription are included in one per-seat price.
