Grw AI collects the following categories of data:

You directly provide Grw AI with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you: register for an account or subscribe to our platform services; connect third-party integrations (e.g., calendar, CRM, video conferencing tools); participate in meetings or calls that are recorded and analyzed by our platform; voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback via email or through our platform; use or view our website via your browser's cookies; contact our support or sales teams.

Grw AI may also receive your data indirectly from: third-party integrations you authorize (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM platforms); your employer or organization administrator, if you use our platform through a business account; publicly available sources for business contact information.

Website visitor identification. When you visit our website, we use a third-party service that may identify business visitors by matching website activity to professional information such as name, company, job title, and business email, drawn from the provider's own data sources. Grw AI collects your data so that we can: provide, operate, and maintain our AI-powered sales platform and services; process your subscription and manage your account; analyze meetings, calls, and sales interactions to deliver coaching insights and performance analytics; improve, personalize, and expand our platform and services; communicate with you, including for customer service, updates, and informational purposes; send you product updates and service notifications; detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats; comply with legal obligations.

Grw AI uses third-party AI model providers (Large Language Models) to power core platform functionality. We make the following commitments regarding your data and AI:

• No training on your data: Your data is NOT used to train third-party AI models.
• No cross-customer training: Your data is NOT used to train models for other Grw AI customers.
• Provider commitments: All our AI providers have contractually committed to not training on customer data.

Grw AI uses the following categories of sub-processors:

• Cloud infrastructure providers (for hosting and data storage)
• AI/LLM providers (for meeting analysis and coaching features)
• Authentication providers (for secure sign-in)
• Analytics providers (for platform performance monitoring)

Grw AI operates on a fully managed cloud infrastructure. All infrastructure providers maintain SOC 2 Type II certification. We implement the following security measures:

• Encryption at rest (AES-256)
• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher)
• Tenant isolation (multi-tenant architecture with Row-Level Security (RLS) and application-layer access controls (RBAC/ABAC))
• Access controls (administrative access restricted, all employees undergo background checks)
• Data classification (all customer data classified as Confidential or higher by default)

Grw AI will retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Upon account termination or upon request, Grw AI will dispose of customer data within 30 days, unless required by law to retain it longer.

Grw AI may send you information about product updates, new features, and services. If you have agreed to receive marketing communications, you may opt out at any time. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email, or contact us at security@grw.ai.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to:
