Our Story
Grw was born from a harsh reality: the best sales managers can effectively lead 6 reps, but the average manager has 10+ direct reports. This leadership gap is why only 39% of reps hit quota.
In 2023, after recognizing that traditional management couldn't scale, sales leader Alex McNaughten (12+ years GTM, exited founder) partnered with AI researcher Alistair McLeay (Cambridge ML masters, exited founder) and technical leader Daniel Ash (2x founder) to solve this fundamental constraint.
We realized the answer wasn't making managers 10% more efficient with another tool. It was creating AI that could make leadership decisions, develop talent, and scale strategic thinking infinitely.
Today, Grw's AI Sales Leaders work across our customers 24/7, making strategic decisions, developing reps individually, and delivering what human managers wish they had time for—all while learning and improving from every interaction
