Your sales AI's output belongs in your systems, not ours

Most sales tools trap what they produce inside their own app. Grw pushes into the systems you own: your bucket, your database, your VoC platform. Your data, working in your infrastructure.

The short answer: most sales tools are one-way doors. Data goes in, insight appears inside their app, and getting anything out means CSV exports and another integration project. Grw works in both directions: what it produces and captures can land in systems you own, your object storage, your database, your VoC platform, so your AI's output feeds your infrastructure instead of getting trapped in ours.

The one-way door problem

Buy enough SaaS and you learn the pattern. Every tool wants to be where your data lives. Call recordings live in the call tool. Insights live in the insights tool. Each vendor's app is a destination, and your own infrastructure, the warehouse and databases your company actually runs on, gets the leftovers via export.

That's backwards. The whole point of owning a data layer is that everything valuable flows into it. A sales AI that produces genuinely useful things (transcripts, summaries, signals, analysis) and keeps them locked in its own app has made your silo problem worse, not better.

Grw pushes outward

We built the opposite posture. What Grw captures and produces can flow into the systems you own:

  • Your storage. Artifacts and datasets land in your bucket, where your existing pipelines and retention policies apply.
  • Your database. Structured outputs (signals, scores, summaries) written to tables you control, where your analysts and your other tools can use them.
  • Your specialist platforms. One live example: a customer flows conversation insight from Grw into Enterpret, their voice-of-customer platform, so what buyers say on sales calls feeds the same system the rest of the company uses to understand customers. Sales calls stopped being a VoC blind spot.

The rule underneath: you shouldn't have to visit our app to benefit from what our system knows. Your data works where your company works.

Why this matters more in the AI era

Every AI tool you adopt is now a producer of data, not just a consumer. Summaries, embeddings, scores, flags: valuable exhaust, thrown off daily. Teams that route that exhaust into infrastructure they own compound it: it joins the warehouse, feeds the models, improves the next analysis. Teams that let it accumulate inside vendor apps end up with their company's thinking scattered across a dozen silos they rent.

This is also the honest answer to a fair procurement question: "what happens to everything Grw produces if we ever leave?" If it's been flowing into your bucket and your database all along, the answer is: it's already yours, already home.

The posture, in one line

Connect to the systems you have (the earlier posts in this series), and push into the systems you own (this one). In both directions, your infrastructure is the center and Grw is the worker, which is exactly how a platform layer should behave.
