See exactly what your AI has done

New Tool Audit shows everything Taylor has accessed or changed in your connected tools, through chats and workflows, with a timestamp on every action. Leaders and admins can see it across the whole team. AI you can actually govern, not a black box.

Get started: go to Settings → Tool Audit in Grw.

Share the right part of every call

You now decide what goes out when you share a recording externally: include the transcript, the meeting summary, both, or neither. Insights stay internal. You can also drop an external recording link straight into CRM notes synced to HubSpot or Salesforce, so colleagues without a Grw login can still watch the call.

Get started: click Share on any meeting page and use the toggles. To add recording links to CRM notes, go to Settings → Notetaker → CRM sync → Recording link in synced notes.

Taylor builds the document, on brand

Taylor can now create PDFs, presentations, charts and reports right inside Grw, or as a step in a workflow. Point her at your logo and colours and she returns something branded and ready to send, like a customer proposal, not a draft you have to format.

Get started: tell Taylor what you need. For example: "Create a proposal PDF for this customer using our branding and the notes from our last meeting."

Call Summaries Automatically Save in your CRM

Meeting summaries can now automatically sync to the right contacts, companies, and opportunities in your CRM.

After each meeting, Grw automatically saves an internal summary note and a link to the recording in your CRM, giving your team visibility into what was discussed without the need to manually copy notes.

To enable: In Grw, go to Company → Settings → Calendar & Notetaker → Meeting Summary Sync and enable the CRM sync options

Shareable Call Clips

You can now cut a clip from a recording, stitch a few clips together, and share a link that plays only the moment you picked. Or ask Taylor to find it for you: "clip where Emily talked about their renewal timeline and send me the link."

Pick the moment from the transcript and send the 60 seconds that matter rather than the 45 minute recording. Every clip is saved, and comes with the quote and timestamp so you can check it before you send.

Get started: open a recording, select the moment from the transcript, and share the link. Or ask Taylor.

Desktop Notetaker

The new Grw Desktop Notetaker records calls in the background without a bot joining the meeting, creating a more natural experience for your prospects and customers.

With Desktop Notetaker, calls that may have been missed due to bot restrictions or meeting platform limitations are now captured automatically, so you always have access to notes, summaries, and action items.

Get started: Go to Grw → Meetings and click "Download Desktop Notetaker."

Desktop Notetaker is currently available for Mac, with support for Windows coming soon.

Personal Salesforce and HubSpot integrations

We’ve introduced new Salesforce and HubSpot personal integrations. Taylor now inherits the permissions of each connected user, ensuring CRM access remains aligned with the permissions they already have in Salesforce or HubSpot.

These integrations also expand the range of CRM actions Taylor can support and add the ability to work with CRM reports and custom objects.

We recommend upgrading to the new personal connection, as the legacy connection will be deprecated in the coming months. The upgrade takes less than a minute.

Get started: Go to Integrations → Salesforce or HubSpot → Personal Connection, click +, and sign in.

Workflows

Workflows let you automate repetitive tasks by having Taylor take action automatically on a schedule or when key events occur, such as a call ending or a deal changing stages.

Popular workflows include drafting follow-up emails after calls, surfacing stalled deals, alerting teams when important deals progress, and automatically preparing account research and meeting briefs before customer conversations.

Get started: Go to Workflows → + New Workflow and choose a template or describe what you want in plain English. Taylor will build it for you.
