Use Grw with Claude
Connect Grw to Claude so Taylor, the AI teammate inside Grw, can work your deals from any Claude surface — your CRM, meetings, and workflows included.
Before you start
- A Grw workspace (app.grw.ai) with your CRM connected.
- A Claude account. On Team and Enterprise plans, an organization admin may need to enable the Grw connector for your organization.
Connect Grw to Claude (about 1 minute)
- Sign in to Grw
Go to app.grw.ai and log in. If your team doesn't have a Grw workspace yet, create one and connect your CRM and calendar first — that's what Taylor works from.
- Open Grw in the Claude connector directory
Go to claude.ai/directory/connectors/grw and click Connect. You can also find Grw in Claude under Settings → Connectors → Browse connectors. On Team or Enterprise, an organization admin may need to enable Grw for your organization first.
- Sign in with your Grw account
Claude redirects you to Grw's sign-in and consent screen. Approve the connection — Taylor then acts with your Grw permissions, so she can only see and change what you can.
- You're connected
Back in Claude, the Grw connector shows as connected. In a chat, check Grw is enabled under the + menu (Connectors) — then ask about your pipeline and Claude uses Grw's tools automatically.
Built for AI agents
Grw's MCP tools are designed for AI agents, not as a stable public API. Tools may be added, changed, or removed without notice as Taylor improves. Agents like Claude read the live tool list at the start of each session, so they adapt to changes automatically — connections self-heal. Scripts or automations hard-coded against specific tool names or schemas will break; keep an agent in the loop instead.
What Taylor can do in Claude
The connector exposes Grw's tools to Claude, always scoped to your own Grw permissions:
- Read: search and list CRM deals, accounts, and contacts; meeting recordings, transcripts, and clips; notes, files, and team Slack or Teams channels.
- Act: update CRM records, draft and send messages, create notes and share links, and run or schedule your team's workflows. Every tool declares whether it reads, writes, or deletes, so by default Claude checks with you before anything destructive.
- Delegate: the Ask Taylor tool hands a whole task to Taylor's full agent loop — she works it in the background and Claude retrieves her answer.
Things to try
- "Which of my deals have gone quiet this month?"
- "Pull the transcript from my last call with Acme and draft a follow-up email."
- "Update the amount on the Acme renewal to $12,000."
- "Ask Taylor to put together a plan to close the Northwind deal this quarter."
Using Grw in Claude Code
No separate setup is needed — connect once through the connector directory and the same managed cloud connection makes Taylor's tools available in Claude Code too. If you prefer a local, project-scoped setup instead, add the server URL below to your project's .mcp.json — see Anthropic's Claude Code MCP docs.
Other MCP clients
Grw is a standard remote MCP server — streamable HTTP with OAuth 2.1 and dynamic client registration. Any MCP client that supports remote servers can connect: add the server URL below, then authorize with your Grw account when prompted. No API keys or client credentials to manage.

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors, find Grw, and remove it. This revokes Claude's access to your Grw account immediately.
Troubleshooting
- If Claude says the connection has expired, remove the Grw connector and add it again from the connector directory.
- If Taylor can't see your CRM data, check your CRM is connected at app.grw.ai/dashboard/integrations.
