Quick start
Four steps to connect your tools, turn on the notetaker and put Taylor, Grw's AI, to work on your pipeline. Every step links straight to the page in the app.
Connect your tools
Taylor is only as useful as the available context. Three connections provide most of it: your calendar, your email and your CRM. Each takes about a minute and only asks you to sign in to the tool.
- Find your calendar in the list, Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar, and click +. This is the one that matters most: it tells the notetaker which meetings to join.
- Then your email, Gmail or Outlook. Taylor drafts follow-ups in your voice.💡Whether emails can be sent automatically is your call. Set it under Settings › Emails. Most people start with drafts.
- Then your CRM. If your admin has already connected it for the company, you may only be asked to sign in with your own login.
Slack and Microsoft Teams are optional but useful, so workflow results land where you already work. They are on the same Integrations page whenever you are ready to connect them.
Turn on the notetaker
Once your calendar is connected, the notetaker records your meetings and turns each one into a transcript and summary. Those recordings power call summaries, coaching, CRM updates and post-call workflows. There are two ways to record.
- Decide how to record. The bot is on by default and joins on its own. If you would rather not have a bot in the room, install the Grw Desktop app and switch Preferred recorder to Desktop recorder app.
- Check who can see your recordings. Visibility is set company-wide by your admin; to keep your own recordings to yourself, turn on Keep my recordings private by default.
- Turn on what syncs to your CRM after each call: Sync summary as deal note, Also sync summary to contacts and company, and Sync full transcript to CRM. With these on, every call is documented without you typing anything.
Turn on your first three workflows
A workflow is a task Taylor does for you on its own, without being asked each time. Some run on a schedule, like every weekday morning. Others run when something happens, like a meeting ending. The result lands where you choose: Slack, Teams, email, your Taylor chat, or straight into your CRM as notes and tasks. These three cover the daily rhythm of a rep and are ready-made templates in the gallery.
- Click + New Workflow, then Start from an Example.
- Pick a template. Check the schedule and who it is for.
- Click Turn on. Repeat for other workflows.
You can also create or edit any workflow just by talking to Taylor. Try "Create a workflow that sends me a prep digest for my external meetings every weekday at 7am" or "Move my Deal Prioritization workflow to Tuesdays at 8am". Taylor builds or updates it and shows you the result before it goes live.
Chat with Taylor
Taylor is your AI sales lead. Unlike a general assistant, Taylor has the context of all your tools and is trained for sales work. Ask anything you would ask a sharp colleague who has read every deal note and sat in on every call.
- Try one of these prompts, or just start typing what you need:What should I focus on in my pipeline this week?Recap my last call and draft the follow-upWhich deals haven't had activity in 14 days?Prep me for my next meetingFlag single-threaded deals every Friday
